Refund policy
All sales are final. Tickets are transferable, and we make things right if we cancel.
All ticket, sponsorship, and donation payments are final and non-refundable.
The Family Fork of Washington is a Washington State nonprofit. Every dollar is committed to food, supplies, and venue costs as soon as it comes in, which is why we cannot offer refunds.
Event tickets
Tickets are non-refundable. Purchases cannot be canceled, exchanged for a different event or session, or credited toward a future event.
Tickets are session-specific. Please check the date and time printed on your ticket before you buy — a ticket is only valid for the session listed on it.
Missing an event, arriving after the session ends, or being denied entry for failing an age or conduct requirement does not qualify for a refund.
Transferring a ticket
Tickets are transferable at no cost. You may forward your confirmation email and QR code to another guest, or email us the new guest’s name and we will update the order. Each QR code admits its guest once and cannot be reused.
If we cancel an event
If The Family Fork of Washington cancels an event outright and does not reschedule it, ticket holders may choose a full refund of the ticket price or may convert the purchase into a tax-deductible donation. We will email every ticket holder with instructions.
If an event is rescheduled, moved to a different venue, or its schedule changes, your ticket remains valid for the new date and no refund is issued.
Donations and sponsorships
Donations and sponsorship payments are charitable gifts and are not refundable. Recurring gifts can be stopped at any time by contacting us; the stop applies to future payments only.
We will correct genuine payment errors — a duplicate charge, an obviously mistyped amount, or an unauthorized transaction — if you contact us within 14 days of the charge.
